Subject:New Update Download note opening

Is anyone else having problems with the latest Sound Forge 7.0a opening after download? It doesn't do anything. I've even rebooted my WiN2K thinking I needed to. But, still nothing, even after I redownloaded it again.

Try downloading it again in a location other than where you originally had downloaded it.
