What is a FRG File , can somebody tell me , and also it somehow saved my file under it and it not letting me open it , thanks

Instead of needlessly and noisily BUMPing aroound here, why not bump your F1 key, and search for FRG in Help. It did not save it in that format unless you (maybe inadvertently) told it to.

Why you can't open this file may be another story, but presumably it is corrupt ....
