Question for the Sony staff: I've been registered my ACID about 20 times - 1 for each Windows re-install (ugh...). Now I can't register it and can't enable MP3 plug-in nor the Get Media feature and lots of other things. What I made wrong? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S.: I can give you the serial number as a proof of purchase if you want to check it and reset it for me.

SONY logs the number of registrations for each license and stops allowing activations after too many of them. This is to prevent someone from giving their license code to a bunch of friends and having them all install it for free. Call tech support and explain your windows reinstalls. They'll clear your registration count and let you get it all activated again.

Yes. Hover your mouse cursor over "SUPPORT" above near the top of the page and then choose, "EMAIL SUPPORT."

You will have to create a support account, but it's free.
