Subject:Why does Sound Forge always add blanks to my music file?

Why does Sound Forge always add short blanks to both ends of my music file? I don't need this. How can I avoid this?

If you're using mp3s it is part of the format.

Save MP3 as .wav or
If your burning audio CDs, SF does not support DAO- CD burning (Red Book) which unfortunatly leaves a 2 second pause between songs .
You need Sony CD Ackhitect or Nero or other
