Newbie question here: I am beatmapping a song which is in 4/4, but it has one bar of 2/4 at the end of each verse. How do I get ACID to know this so my measures all line up? Any help would be MUCH appreciated. |

Can Acid do this? |

Unfortunately, the Beatmapper presently only assumes the track being analyzed has a constant, common time signature of 4/4. It cannot provide for instances of tracks that have either a varying tempo or a varying time sig. If there's something you'd like to see in ACID, be sure to fill out the product suggestion form. I think I found a solution: Set up my song by inserting a time signature change with my basic drum tracks (kick and snare) then import my other wav tracks. Maybe the beatmapper is a no go for this project. |
