You can't do that in any program. Look for the a capella version.

If you're looking to make the track an instrumental or TV version, you can sort of do it by inverting one channel and panning both channels to center. It'll smear the track and make it sound really bad, but will cancel out anything that is panned center, which is usually where lead vocals are.
