Hey there, I'm using the Piano Roll editor to edit a MIDI track that is routed to a Soft Synth. I can play the edited track back fine when I hit the play button, but as I place events in the track using the mouse cursor I don't hear any sounds. I also don't hear any sound if I use the mouse to hit the piano keys in the piano roll editor. I am looking at version 4.0f of ACID ... any help would be much appreciated. Thanks |

I don't know about your first problem. (Is there any data when you draw or paint an event?) For your other problem, there should be a button in the rightmost position on the button bar, called, "Monitor." (It has a speaker icon on it.) Click it and you should be able to preview using the piano in the Piano Roll Editor. HTH, Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page |

In the OPT window click on the "speaker" in the top right and you should hear your stuff! |
