Hi there,
I would just like to know if there are any great tutorials for ACID Pro 4.0? Anybody? Any links?

Thanks :)

You could try the new features series. Though it's not exactly deep, it would get you started. The full manual is a great resource as well and will tell you things you otherwise wouldn't know.

Thanks mD - I just realised I only had the "Quick Start Manual" . . I should have realised, like Vegas 4.0, that a Manual for for Acid Pro 4 would be more than 70 odd pages?!?!? . .This one I've just downloaded is 214 pages long . . there goes Sunday!

You're welcome!

They could actually add more to it too, especially where creating original loops is concerned.

I just recently saw "Acid 4.0 Power" ....on amazon- anyone have an opinion of this? For what it's worth, the forum here is great & I was up & running with the help window alone for the first coupla' hours, at least.

Hiyah mortalengines - I've tried a search on Amazon, using the words you say, I can't get anything close to what you say. The only thing that keeps coming back is DSE's Book!

Have you got anything else to go on? An author?

Grazie,

Amazon should still have Sams Teach Yourself Acid 3.0 in 24hrs. It's written by Gary Rebholz and Michael Bryant.
If you combine what's in this book plus the 4.0 manual, you should be very familiar with the app in not much time.

There used to be tutorials when Acid was owned by SoFo. Not anymore. It's a shame because there seems to be a need for it.
I just got the free version of Cinema 4D that came with a 3D magazine, and when I checked out the Maxon site, found LOTS and LOTS of tutorials. That is so much appreciated!

It would be nice if Sony considered bringing back tutorials.
