I am using Acid 4.0f, i have a Pent. P4-2.4ghz, W2K,ASUS P8S mb,512ddr, Delta 44 with latest drivers. Everytime i start up my Acid app. I get the message "No hardware found" so i re-install audio drivers and then i get the same message. For some reason Acid will not recognize my M-Audio drivers. Any suggestions would help...at this point I am frustrated and leaning towards purchasing REASON 2.5 for my production needs. |

maybe try: options/preferences/audio tab then select M-Audio Delta ASIO Also when you installed current drivers did yo get ones for W2K and not XP. (BTW I am sure you have heard that XP is a much better OS) |

Hmmm... I don't believe that Win 2k is the problem here... sounds more like a driver issue. Make sure to check MAudio's website for the correct drivers and heed the instructions they provide on removing your existing driver prior to reinstalling the most current one for your device. I still swear by Win2k as being the most stable OS yet... although XP is getting 'better'... teknik14 |
