Subject:get media troubles

I restored my computer back to factory. Now that I have re-installed Acid pro 4, I can't get the "get media from the web" option to work
It gives me an error message that says: "Download media component failed to initialize." Any ideas? Does Sonic-or I mean Sony- think that I'm using it on two computers? Should I use their contact thing, and bother them with this, or is this something that one of you would help me out?

It's not your PC. I just tried it and it didn't work.

Sony seems to have more problems with their websites than SoFo ever did.

Yeah, I have always been a Sony fan when it came to decent stereo and T.V. equipment, but I sure hated to see Sonic Foundry to be bought out, or whatever happened.

Get Media's working fine for me. (As of 4:15 PM EST.)

If you registered your copy of ACID just fine, then it isn't an issue of whether or not you can access Get Media's content.

Does this KB article help any?
