just bought it and loaded cd 1 cd 2 is asking for a serial # the # on the back of the cd package dosen't work. Any suggestions

Video Explosion? Is that from Nova Development?

Is it an alphanumeric combination, or just numeric? (Be sure to enter zeroes and the letter O appropriately.)
