Subject:Soft Synth Channels/voices?

Hi,

When I insert a new soft synth, select real-time MIDI, selct channel 10...I can see the various drum selections. And, I can preview them as well. However, when I insert a new midi track and assign it to that soft synth I only hear the piano. I've read the other posts regarding this topic and think I've followed the advice previously presented...but I must be missing something.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Make sure you open up he OPT editor for the new midi track and change the channel to 10. It is under the Gneral tab of the OPT editor. Just dbl click on the channel # and it will turn blue,then type 10>Enter. Luces
