DX Audio Analyzer/Mastering EQ

I did a quick search for a DirectX plugin that would analyze audio for mastering EQ'ing, and found one by FASoft called ParEQ (I think). It's just $20. I downloaded the demo, and it appears to be pretty nice, save for the annoying "demo only" bug in it, which hampers performance significantly.
Does anyone use this plugin? Does anyone prefer another software frequency analyzer that you love, and that won't break the bank? I'd love some feedback!

As far as a direct X frequency analyzer, I find the Waves PAZ plugin to be the best, I've used. Not sure on the price though, Waves plugins aren't known to be all that inexpensive. If you don't need to have a DirectX plugin, then there's others that are far superior to this also. My favorite, is Sound Technologies "Spectra". www.soundtechnologies.com. Another good one is sia softwares "Smaartlive". www.siasoft.com
