I have Acid 4.0 and am currently using the Soundblaster Audigy card. Only supports 16bit and I would like to move up to a 24 bit card (w a break-out box pref.) Price range $200-$400. What works best with Acid? What doesn't work well? |

Are you looking for 2 channels or a multi-channel card? What is your operating system? |

Sounds like debaser is looking for a multichannel card, but probably one with not too many channels. (I mean, ACID isn't a multitracker the truest sense anyway.) I'd probably suggest M-Audio's Delta series or Echo's offerings. HTH, Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page |

I've been using the Echo MiaMidi with no problem with AcidPro 4.0, as well with Cubase SX and Reason 2.5 . Solid tech & driver support. Can't beat it for the price... $199.00. Regards, Kev |
