Subject:MP3 Data Lost

I have a problem. I created an MP3 file in Sound forge 7.0 with a number of songs, and everything was fine when I saved it at 192k quality. But I may have accidentally saved it at 64k and now I can't see most of the wave. I need some help to get it back because i can't do it all over again.

Please tell us you saved it to a different file name (as you certainly should have!) and that your original MP3 file is still safe and sound.

What do you mean by "most of the wave"? Do you mean you only see part of the duration?
