For example how do i start a project and then drag a used audio clip and match it with vocals. I'm recordin with my rap group and what i was really wonderin was how i could insert da beat i made and den match dat wit my vocals and have it sound like good quality! You need Vegas or Acid rather than Sound Forge. Sound Forge is not a multi-track application. |

Hello -- SF7 is a stereo editor. I am not sure if you have the most flexible tool for doing mixing and applying beat synchronization as you seem interested. You may want to read the manual located on the CD ROM or check Sound Forge power written by Scott Garrigus, link.... http://www.digifreq.com/pwrbkinf.asp?BookID=4 Also SF7 can play audio files as well as create them so the quality really comes from what you do as the editor of that data. There is Vegas for multitrack mixing, which will have a link to SF7 for file editing. I would consider that as good tool for beat and vocal alignment. Good luck, Kevin *** |
