Subject:Audio Cards

I'm looking for a list of compatible sound cards that will work with SF. Is there such a list? Can't find one on Sony's site.

Currently I'm looking at purchasing the M-Audio Audiophile 24-Bit/96kHz card.
I need to be able to input 48k from DAT, everything else is gravey.
Anyone else using this card???

As long as the card works under Windows, it should work with SF. The M-Audio card you suggested is good and very popular, which also tends to mean it's easier to get support!

Like BFB said, as long as the card has WDM or MME drivers, it should work fine with Sound Forge.

I have an Audiophile 2496. It's a great and inexpensive card (and doesn't bog down your system with unnecessary bloatware).

another Audiophile owner here. great card, works flawlessly in all music apps i use. and 48 Khz is absolutely no problem for this card either.
