quick question...

how do i route a track in acid (say a vocal track) to an effects machine in reason???

the reverb in reason is MUCH better than the reverb in acid, i want to route my vocal to the reverb machine in reason. how do i do this?? actually, how do i route any track in acid to an effect in reason??? anyone help a brother out???

You can't. Reason/ReWire doesn't work this way.

I think you would have to open the vocal wav in one of the samplers and then run it thru the sampler. Would that work?

both the reverbs in acid and reason are pretty basic. you can get better ones as freeware but beware, reverb is perhaps the biggest cpu hog. try looking at SIR.

speaking of convolution, since acoustic mirror is no longer available as a seperate purchase, peter how about giving it to acid users also?

my suggestion always would be to invest in a uad or powercore card, since the price is about the same a good plugin bundle. both cards feature top notch reverbs and you don't have to worry about crippling your CPU.
