Sound Forge 6.0 Administrative Install -Sound Forge - PC

Subject:Sound Forge 6.0 Administrative Install Posted by: KerryG Date:1/21/2004 12:55:38 PM We have recently purchased Sound Forge 6.0 which will be deployed to several labs (40pcs) The installation method we use is an MSI using the /qb- parameter for a quiet install. Do do this we must first perform an administrative install from the CD to the network using the command D:\Setup\English\SoundForge\ForgeSetup.exe -a <path> as per the instructions when you run D:\Setup\English\SoundForge\ForgeSetup.exe -? Unfortunately this does not work. The administrative install for the preset manager however works perfectly. I have a deadline for the installation of this product as it is for an educational institute which commences within the next couple of weeks. Please help Kerry Garrett
