I think its on Novation's end, but has anyone gotten this VSTi to work inside AP4?

On my system, AP4 wont recognize it. Although it works fine in other Apps.

i have the v-station working in AP4. the strange thing i've noticed about vsti in general is that sometimes they show up in some hosts but not in others. i have some vsti, (usually freeware ones) that show up in logic and orion but not acid and vice versa. it seems everything shows up in cubase. the only dependable workaround is to use chainer, a great vsti/vst plugin and host. you can get the free version that doesn't save presets but works great. just load chainer as a vsti and then load the missing vsti inside.

I just had something similar happen with two VSTis, Big Tic's Cheese Machine and Ticky Clav. They were listed and "enabled", but when I clicked on them to load they dissappeared. When I closed ACID and reopened it they were there agian... at least until I clicked on them. I'm going to try reloading and see if that solves the problem.

well the thing is, all my VSTi's are in one folder called...VSTi's and all of them get listed EXCEPT the V-Station.

but if i open Midi Studio, i can insert it fine and play and record without a problem.

so im not sure if its Sonic Foundry...er...Sony's problem or Novation's problem.

I think i asked Novation about that and they said they were releasing a patch, but i havent seen it yet.
