Subject:MP3 plugin not registering after SF7 installation

I can save into MP3 format from SF7 as many times as I want, but cannot do it using Batch Converter. I know this has been posted somewhere before, and I have tried the recommended solution (using the Sony migration tools), yet I still get a pop-up script error whenever I try to batch convert MP3s. Help!
