Last months and this months issue of EQ magazine also had full page advertisements of Acid 4 and Sound Forge 7. I think they're pretty lame though, you take a full page add out and put a picture of the plan wrapper box the software comes in, with no screen shots of the actual software. Contrast that with the Sonar 3 and Project 5 adds from Cakewalk prior and aft the Acid ad followed by a Nuendo 2.0 add, and you get a feel of what the programs about. If you look at the full page adds in the recent Sony catalogs, now that's what it should look like. Big screen pictures with all the windows open with a working project, and a small picture of the box. I'm not sure what they're trying to sell in the magazine adds, maybe a box? It's such a beautiful Green and Red box, we have available. Someone in the creative marketing department really needs to be shot.
