Does anyone know why I can't render any more mp3's???

You have to register your MP3 encoder separately. There should be a button to register under the MP3 render dialog.

There's a reason why you have to register separately; Fraunhofer (the author of the offical MP3 spec) requires a license fee to implement MP3 encoding and use. Sony has to know how many people are using this encoder as part of development costs.
