Subject:Can I do THIS in ACID? Posted by: snuffs Date:1/5/2004 10:52:47 PM I want to pull out tracks from various projects, to mix in a new project. It's not appropriate to render all the old tracks into one new wav, because I intend to re-mix them. And it's going to be HELL to render each one separately, because there are SO MANY of the buggers. I tried cutting and pasting, which didn't work, as well as some other things. If I intended on mixing, let's say, 3 songs together, is there any simple way to create that enviroment? (ie, to copy tracks or groups of tracks and paste them into a new project?) Hope there is.

Simply open ACID, open your old project, then open ACID again and copy/paste from the old project to the new one. Hope this helps.

If there are any assignable FX or Bus envelopes added to the track, their respective envelopes will get copied, but you'll have to add the FX or Busses to the Mixer again.
