Subject:midi track loop in region / tempo change

I have selected Loop region and after that is Tempo change marker. There are audio track and midi track. It works right, but if I end looping (Q), midi track plays from new tempo which is further than Ruler mark.

Does the MIDI track have an event drawn/painted past the tempo change? Is this the part that plays back?
