Im using Acid Music 3.0, and Ive noticed that every time a record into it, it creates a wave file and a .sfk file. Is there any problems with creating a folder within the program for recordings, to make cleaning out the unwanted files easier after the recordings are deleted. And how would I specify where the recorded files would go? These wave files can take alot of space, I regularly burn them to disc, and then delete them.

The .sfk files are just graphic representations of the actual waves, used by Acid to show the waves in the tracks.
They can safely be deleted, if you later open the project Acid will just create one new .sfk file pr track. Vegas and Sound Forge work the same way.
