Does Sound Forge or Batch Converter allow command line execution?

Just rudimentary stuff like opening files, but nothing like batch processing or scripting. Vegas 4 already has a great deal of scripting support, so it wouldn't suprise me if the next major version of Sound Forge included some form of scripting functionality. That's a while off, regardless.
