Acid project will not render to wav 44,100 16 bit.

sounds like one of your effects is getting in the way. try removing FX one by one, with the ones you suspect most first, then try rendering. is fxpad.dll and cwpxdx1.dll something from cakewalk maybe?

Like Angel said, the DLL's are suspect. Either try what Angel said or try to obtain an updated version of the effect from the vendor.
