I,
I use noise reduction to remove click and crack and sometime the plug-in
raise the volume of my wave,is it a bug in the plug in?

when I used it it seemed to thin the wav form out a little, lowering the level

Adjust the gain and/or change the frequency or disable (uncheck) the Hi-shelf start freq. compensation. Which can boost the hi-end, making it louder.

Use less reduction or two lower amount process' instead of one.
Ex: Process twice @15dB instead of once @ 30dB, if an excessive amount of NR is required or unpleasent side effects are audible.
