Okay, I add a sample, which creates a track in my project. As beatmapped it's 86.3 BPM, but under loop it's 143.245 BPM. ? |

just set it to suit your needs....sometimes slow loops sound good bumped up about 20-30 BPMS.....and vice versa. its called experimentation! use it to your full advantage. -Sin |

If the sample is not ACIDized, ACID tries to make an educated guess on the sample, based on a four beat selection over the length of a sample. For example, if the sample is exactly 2 seconds long, ACID will assume the tempo to be 120 BPM. If it's 3 seconds long, ACID will assume a tempo of 80 BPM. Again, this is all based upon a four beat per measure setting. HTH, Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page |
