Yes. Launch one, then launch the other. You can even have multiple instances of both running simultaneously. Are you having trouble launching one while the other is already open?

Adding to what Chienworks said, you mentioned "ports" as your subject line. Having trouble with your audio interface as a result of having both apps open?

What audio hardware are you using?
What driver model?

If you are using ASIO, most ASIO drivers cannot be shared between multiple apps. This is covered/discussed in our FAQ.
