Subject:No custom settings possible ?

Hi,

I installed WinXP newly on my machine, so I had to reinstall Vegas and the 5.1 surround-plugin, too. My problem or software's problem is that no custom-settings are possible after pressing on "custom" next to the templates "Stereo DVD" and/or "5.1 Surround DVD", no further settings-window appears. Normally I should choose there the channels and so on with the ac3-encoder. What's wrong with it ? How can I change the ac3-encoder's settings ?

a call would be too expensive for me (from austria), dunno how long it would take, but if you couldn't answer that issue in here, i would expect it would be taking longer...i guess i have to help me on my own again...thanks
