Subject:Can't Shift Pitch on Vocal

I want to take a vocal of mine and create a harmony line for it, however, when I go to Pitch Shift with the track selected, it's greyed out.

Is this because the track isn't ACIDized or something?

double click on the actual Wav in the track and it will bring up a small window.

do it from there.
