Isn't SWF format Macromedia's Flash format?

The only way I can think of working with such files is to have Flash itself. (Flash has options to render a presentation to something like AVI, which you can then open up in Sound Forge.)

A free trial of Flash MX is available from Macromedia, nice hefty install but a sweet program. You might not be able to pull the data from it, depending on how it was produced. Some people don't take kindly to others dissasembling their SWF's...

But when I rendered as a.wav or .avi the audio is blank also the datasize is about 40 mb or somthing. Isn't there any SWF 2 MP3 decoder?
