Subject:Any Visual Training for Sound Forge?

I am a rookie and over the hill (50+)

I have always preferred visual learning. If I see it a few times then I can use the books and text stuff to review and learn a bit more. But trying to understand all the new audio terms and interface in Sound Forge?????

Where can I find video or on site training?
