Subject:Can't get Rid of FX Settings

Hi Everyone, don't know what I did but for one song for one loop about 1 month ago I set up a chain with Reverb and Simple Delay. I never named the Chain and all that appears in (Untitled).

But every Acid project that I open up, every loop that I used is initialized with this Reverb and Simple Delay. This even happens for stuff I wrote 2 years ago. I think it's even overlaying loops that had effects on them.

My first assumption was that somehow I associated this chain with (Untitled). So I cleared the chain out and tried to save it as (Untitled) but Acid won't let me do that.

Does anyone have any ideas what's going on? I'm using Acid 4.0 Version 4.0e (Build 408)

Hello,
If I understood well this file is annoying? Please, close everything Acid software. Localize on the hard disk the file in question and make(do) a copy of protection there. Then make slide him(it) on the office(desk). There click right-hand side on this file and opens property and removes (in reading only) and click to apply. And send to the basket.

Greetings
C.East

Hm, strange. the following should help you for all NEW tracks you create, but won't pull out FX if they're already in older tracks:

select a track, CLEAR ALL TRACK FX from it so it's completely dry, then select "SET DEFAULT TRACK PROPERTIES" and choose "set FX".

---but
you said you have these FX on OLDER tracks... weird...

Like tibby said, you might want to modify the settings for the track and then use the "set default track settings" command to reset everything.

You also may want to try and uninstall and reinstall ACID Pro if that helps any. (Keep your serial key handy.) The latest version can be found here.
