Audit Script
that will detect and, at your discretion, correct any accidental "nudges" of an event's opacity or volume level. I got sick and tired of finding out (too late) that I had accidentally changed these levels while intending to move and event or adjust an envelope. Usually the only hint that something has been nudged is that rendering time is taking too long.
You should also take a look at each track header to see if the track levels are less than 100% (I cannot detect this via a script).
Run this script just before rendering. Zoom all the way out prior to running the script so you can see the event prior to deciding whether to correct the problem.
