this has nothing to do with acid or SOFO, but there are a lot of "computer saavy" people here, so i thought i'd ask. i have a P4 2.4 GHZ computer with 768 MB of RDRAM. this is supposed to have a FRONT SIDE BUS speed of 533 MHZ. yet, i do a bench test on it and it only returns a FSB speed of 133 MHZ!?!?!?!? any ideas why?? im stumped!?!?!?

your p4 2.4 runs at 533 MHz, which means it has an FSB of 133. your RDRAM is most likely PC800, which means it should be able to run at 200 MHz. however, since your CPU is the weakest link the RAM will simply adjust to the cpu FSB and run at 133 MHz as well.

so, it's totally correct that the bench test shows 133.
