For a fuller explanation of these requirements it is advised that individuals wishing to avail themselves of such options make themselves conversant with all the regualtions herein described and will at all times ensure the appropriate documentation shall be available for scruntiny by such officers that the local authority deems fit to engage for the purposes of such confirmation of adherence to the above.
