How can I save an MP3 encoded higher than 128kbps?

There should templates that have bit rates higher than 128 Kbps listed under the MP3 file type when you go to save. You can also click the "Custom" button and you should be able to adjust bit rate there as well.

My drop down in the custom area only goes up to 128
