Countdown Clock?

IS there any VEG or simple way to a count down clock.
hh:mm:ss,
I also need to be able to use a particular font, Timecode would sort of work if I could change the font.

Yeah, oyu can't change the timecode font, butyou can use that as a countdown.

If you want a 30 second countdown, at 30 seconds into the timeline, change the timeline so that 30seconds in is reset to 0. Then, to the left will be - numbers, and to the right will be positive. That works well.

Thank you for those ideas.
I have decided to use 3 tracks the bottom with the hours, the next with minutes and the top with the seconds. Placing the text just right macks a nice count down/up clock

Some of the VEG's look interesting to have a play with.
