Is there any way I can record Midi from my midi controller exactly the way I play it, without adjusting notes and attacks. Just play and what you play is layed down. Thanks

You just want to record MIDI in its simplest form? I can't think of any other way other than what you've described. There's also step recording but that's not exactly real time recording. (The option to step record is in the List Editor. The button is in the lower left corner.)
