Audo Crackles when moving mouse...any help???

I've adjust the video accelation to both full and none...i now have it on none. when it was full, i experience the worst problems. the card is an 8 meg and i know that is a problem...i can't afford the change right now...so any ideas woutd help.

i also took shut off the write behind caching for the drive ACID 4.0e is running from.

AMD 950MHZ
640megs of ram.
mAudio Delta 66

It could the drivers for your mouse or the Delta. Did you try updating drivers for either/both?
