Not sure here as I don't use the Audigy. Have you tried other inputs? Do you have the latest drivers for the Audigy? Iacobus ------- RodelWorks - Original Music for the Unafraid mD's ACIDplanet Page |

No it only switches off the AUX 2 input. If you open up mixer window with acid to gether you can see as soon as i hit record aux 2 playback is switched off , but aux 2 record isnt affected . If i hit reocrd the go to the mixer and switch back on aux 2 i can then here what im recording but this is well annoying . I will look for updated driver and let you know if it helps . Anyone else had this problem? |

This how the Audigy ASIO driver works. Nothing can be done from with in ACID to change this. Peter |

this is what I use 99.99% of the time for live guitar/vocals and it mutes the input as soon as I hit record. Didn't do this in prev. versions of ACID. Just give yerself enuff preroll where you can bring the mixer and unmute it before the actual part you want to record begins. Doesn't do this when I use Sonar or Nuendo so I don't know. (in all fairness to SonyFo, though, I did update my Audigy drivers recently...this might be a factor...hmmm. Good luck. |
