I ve bought a book on Acid (it only came on ver 3) and went ahead and bought the application. Now this is a question about VSTi (virtual instruments). How is the most direct way to create the sound of a Vibraphone & Harp in software, using no midi or external keyboard ? ? ? What other applications would work with Acid Pro 4 or does Acid do any VSTi?

Acid Pro 4 now includes ReWire support...so things like Reason can load into it.

Also, AP4 does do VSTi's now as well...so hit the web for some freebees and load them into AP4 and have a blast!!

Adding to what Sin has said, if you're not familiar with ACID ReWire capability, be sure to check out the full ACID Pro manual. (It's in Adobe's Acrobat format; the free Reader is available via Adobe's site.)
