I've been thinking about adding reason to my tools. My main app is acid, and it looks like Reason would be a good fit. Have any of you started using Reason since rewire was added? Are you happy? Were there any problems?

Using Reason as ReWire slave is very cool. I haven't had as much time as I would like to work with it, Reason is huge all by itself, potential-wise. Think of it as giving you Acid with sequencers, samplers, full-blown automate-able synths... you get the idea. Reason lets you do many things that are difficult or impossible to do in Acid alone.

I consistently use reason with acid!!! rewire was a key addition to acid!! the 2 programs together provide you with EVERY SINGLE tool you will ever need to make music!!! I have done remixes professionally with just those 2 programs.....so i would say, YES invest in reason!!! it is an amazing program!!

I don't use Reason myself having tried the demo but I did like what I saw and didn't have any problems with the demo to speak of.
