Subject:editing

(sound forge 6) after i select (highlight) a file for cutting and let go of the mouse the highlighted area jumps ahead,it driving me nut ,ive tryed looking in the prefrences but couldnt fo\ind anything....help.

You probably have Auto Snap to Time or Auto Snap to Zero enabled. Check the Options menu.
