Subject:Changing options from stereo to mono using ACID Pro 4.0

Hey, this is a stupid question I'm sure but I've searched the forums and haven't found an answer, how/can I change the options in ACID Pro 4.0 so that it records in mono as opposed to stereo, thanks in advance

hit the record button
use the drop down arrow where it says "record device"
you will see 2 options there for either:
"mono left channel" or
"mono right channel"
