Subject:How to get a song from a CD into Acid Music 2?

I used the interVideo MP3 plugin for MediaPlayer 9 to copy the song from CD to my HD as .mp3.

But when I try to get the song into Acid Music 2, I get an error message:
"The file is either corrupt or of an unknown format. A necessary RIFF header is missing".

Is there any other way or work-around?

Thanks for your help!

Not sure here. Does the InterVideo MP3 plug-in adhere to the official MP3 spec?

I thought so, because it is officially recommended by MS.
But I found a work-around: instead of using mp3, I import the file as .wav.
Thank you!
