Subject:bouncing tracks...or rendering as 1 wav?

Ok, here's my situation... I'm remixing a song...and I've split up the original song by measures basically and beatmapped each one...therefore...each measure is it's own track in the ACID project. So, now, I have the new remix laid out and now I'm working on adding things...but I have the original measues on like 15 different acid tracks. Is there a way to bounce all of those onto one track easily? I mean, I know I can mute all the other tracks, and then render just the tracks I want to bounce into a .wav file and then just add that as a track. but I'm wondering if I do that...will I have to re beatmap the whole rendered track? Also, let me know if that doesn't make sence... moose |

Rendering at unity (odb) would be the acid bounce, woudn't it? I don't know know about the beatmaping. You could just play it as a one shot if you've already got your tempo and pitch issues set. |

You could certainly do that. If you're concerned about how the track will sound, just change it to a One-shot track type as DKeenum mentioned. Be sure to set the newly-rendered track's level to 0.0 dB, as that will reflect how the tracks sounded before they were bounced together.
